All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Shipping. Please allow 4 to 12 business days for delivery.

All orders ship from the inventor's warehouse. At this time, we can only offer shipping to the countries that are indicated when checking out on ShopKula.

Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

We are in the process of the developing a robust shipping system. When that shipping system is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to track your order. We estimate that system to be done by Nov 15^th 2017

Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request. Please contact us the ShopKula support in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
